This Welcoming is generously sponsored by Grace D, family, and friends. The sponsors support will provide a “Starter Kit” of essential items for the individual right away, and help us to collect and install donated furniture and other household goods, purchase brand-new beds for the individual, and have items from various donors delivered by professional movers. Now we’re looking to our incredible community to help provide the gently used furniture and household goods that will make this house feel like home.

Bradley considers himself fortunate to have lived in Marin County for several years and has worked hard to build and maintain stability in his life. Recently, he moved from a tiny studio apartment into a two-bedroom apartment—a meaningful milestone that represents a fresh start and new opportunities.
Like so many of the individuals Welcoming Home serves, Bradley has faced significant challenges on his journey to stability. Today, he is embracing a fresh start and the opportunity to create a home that supports both his work and his independence.
For the first time, he has space for a dedicated home office. He manages the paperwork for a local small business and is excited at the prospect of finally having a proper desk and filing cabinet, making it easier to stay organized and work more efficiently from home.
This new apartment offers Bradley far more than additional space. It represents an opportunity to enhance his quality of life, continue building on the stability he has worked so hard to achieve, and create a home that reflects his personality while supporting his independence.
Bradley is deeply grateful for Grace’s generosity and to Welcoming Home for helping transform his apartment into a comfortable, functional home where he can begin this new chapter with confidence, comfort, and renewed hope.
