Victoria Diotte
Vikki is a long-time supporter and donor to Welcoming Home (formerly Grateful Gatherings Marin). Before retiring, Vikki had a decades long career as Project Manager with McKesson Corporation, managing implementations throughout the country. In addition to serving on our Advisory Council, Vikki also enjoys travel, swimming, quilting and reading. She is a lifelong Marin resident.
Darcy Ellsworth Yow
Darcy is Director of Community Engagement at Marin Country Day School. She is a Marin County native, social justice and environmental activist and veteran educator, with almost thirty years in the classroom. Her focus is on developing curriculum and programs firmly rooted in the "ABCDs" of Asset-Based Community Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and fostering community partnerships that are meaningful, reciprocal and sustainable. She is also an artist, reader, thrifter and Ultimate Frisbee player and the proud mother of identical twin teenage daughters.
Roberta Etcheverry
Roberta is CEO for Diversified Management Group (DMG), a company providing assistance to employers with job accommodations and return-to-work for injured and disabled employees, as well as workplace ergonomics. Roberta has over 25 years’ experience in developing and growing her business. She was a key contributor in the development of the State of California Return-to-Work Guide and is a Certified Professional in Disability Management. Born in New Jersey, Roberta relocated to California in 1985 and she and her husband enjoy travel, sports and home-improvement projects.
Jim Waite, CPA, ABV
Jim’s background includes almost thirty years of CPA experience in a variety of positions, including controller and vice president of several mid-size firms. He has operated as a sole practitioner or member in a CPA firm since 1992. These experiences required him to deal with and develop practical and cost effective solutions to many of the same issues and obstacles that most business owners face. Jim has a BS in Math, is a Certified Public Accountant in California and is Accredited in Business Valuation. He is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
