Sponsored Welcoming in Petaluma
Ann and Bill have lived in an RV for the last eight years. They have seven grown children and one, two-year-old grandchild. They are close with their family but years ago fell on hard times.
Living check to check, they could not afford their storage unit, therefore lost all of their belongings. With the help of COTS Housing Support in Petaluma, they were fortunate to get into housing.
We are very grateful to retired real state broker, Jill Hill, for sponsoring the furnishing of this couple's apartment. For more information on how you or your family, or your company, church, school, etc. can sponsor a "Welcoming," contact info@welcominghome.org

Return
Ann and Bill could not believe their eyes walking into their newly furnished apartment, “This is beyond anything we had imagined!" ... they said, while thanking the Welcoming Home team profusely with hugs and tears.

About Sponsored Welcomings
"Sponsorship" means paying for the brand new mattresses, box springs and frames; the cost of the movers; the Starter Kit of necessary items that the individual or family needs in the short term, and any needed items that aren't donated. To enable us to help more people, we need more organizations, groups of friends, schools, etc. to sponsor Welcomings.
