Marsha Roberts and Greg Hansen are the founders of Welcoming Home. They also founded Lapis Group, Inc., a Human Resources Management Consulting firm that provided a broad spectrum of Human Resources program design and Board of Directors/Compensation Committee interface.

Marsha was the Head of HR for Gilead Sciences and also held domestic and international executive HR positions at Bank of America. For four years she led the Marin chapter of Grateful Gatherings, a 501(c)(3) organization, from which “Welcoming Home” separated to form its own entity in July 2020. Marsha is also a writer and playwright. She is on the Board of Playwrights’ Center of San Francisco, an alumna of Playground SF’s Writers’ Company and a member of The Dramatists Guild and West Coast Writers. marsha-roberts.com

Greg has extensive experience leading global compensation and benefits organizations for major companies. He headed up Total Rewards and HRIS for Chiron Corp. and held domestic and international HR positions at Bank of America, both in the U.S. and Latin America. He has also been an independent business owner and currently serves on the Board of Directors for “The Crucible,” a major industrial arts education nonprofit organization and the second-largest cultural non-profit in Oakland after the Oakland Museum of California.
