DESCRIPTION:Sign-up Link for needed items: \n\nLaura and her family were referred to us by a case manager at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital after facing an incredibly challenging year. Her daughter, Ana, recently underwent a life-saving heart transplant and is currently staying at the Ronald McDonald House during her recovery.\nAna spent eight months in the hospital and is now finally on the path to healing. Now that she’s recovering, the family was able to secure a small studio apartment where they will live together — a space to call their own at last. Ana loves Lilo & Stitch, and her big brother, who is 18, is a huge sports fan. Despite everything they’ve endured, the family’s strength, love, and gratitude shine through.\nTheir case manager shared, “This family is truly one of the most special, loving families I have ever worked with in my entire career. Everyone who comes across their path loves them.”\nThanks to the generosity of a local anonymous couple, we are honored to help welcome Laura and her children into their new home.\n
